Culinary Tray Aide
POSITION SUMMARY
The Culinary Tray Aide is responsible for assisting the cook in the service of meals, meeting scheduled mealtimes. They will follow policies and procedures established in the Culinary Service Department, and promote food standard through cost, quality, and quality controls.
Provides meal service that meets the desires of the residents, by allowing as much choice as possible, and giving food service and preserves the element of personal dignity.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Provides Assistance in ensuring that Adequate food and nutritional services meet the individual needs of the resident
Know and follow Sanitation Safety procedures
FACILITY COMPLIANCE
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing facility or assisted living community
